Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
  • For High-Value Singles (typically above $50 or Graded Cards:
    Yes, you will. The image displayed on the product page is a high-resolution scan or photo of the exact card you will receive, including its unique features and specified condition/grade.
  • For Standard Singles & Sealed Products: The image is a professional representation of the card's artwork, set, and variation. The actual card you receive is guaranteed to match the Condition Grade specified in the title and description (e.g., "Near Mint," "Lightly Played"). We meticulously quality-check every card to ensure it meets that exact standard before it's securely shipped to you.
Where can I view my sales receipt?

  1. Immediate Email: Your receipt is automatically sent to the email address you used during checkout right after your purchase is confirmed.
  2. Account Access: If you created a TCGCardsord account, you can log in at any time and find your entire Order History section. You can view, download, and print any past receipt there.

Please note: Returns for sealed product must remain factory sealed. For single cards, we can only accept returns if the card's condition is significantly different from what was listed, or if it was damaged during shipping.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We are constantly working to replenish our stock!

  • For Single Cards: The market moves fast, and so do we. We're sourcing new inventory daily! If a card you want is out of stock, use the "Email Me When Available" button on the product page. You'll be the first to know the moment we relist it.
